will hold space for community prayer and discussion of various topics of shamanism and spirituality.  Rev. Sue is an ordained
minister of the International Assembly of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards Congregation out of Washington State.  She is a
graduate apprentice of the 4 year "Lynn Andrews Sacred Arts and Training School" out of New Mexico and Los Angeles, Ca.  
This circle will be ongoing each 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Saturday at the Metaphysical Holistic Center.  Refreshments offered.  Bring a

BARS: What are they? Saturday, February 18th, 2-4pm. With Robin Distiso, "Bars Practitioner" working toward "Bars
Facilitator".  There are 32 Bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life.  
We call all the points you touch when using this modality "The Bars.  They store the electromagnetic component of all the
thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything.  For example:  Every thought you have
ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called money.  That is only 1

CHAT.   SHAMAN ISM: THE MOTHER OF ALL HEALING MODALITIES.  Shaman ism is the mother of all healing
modalities and all religions.  Come and explore the world of the Shaman:  a world populated by power animals, spirits, guides and
ghosts.  The 4 core elements will be discussed: extraction healing, soul retrieval, Divination and Psycho Pomp work.  Facilitated
by a shamanic practitioner, experience an evening of lecture, participation and demonstration.

ANIMAL COMMUNICATION: Thursday, April 12th, 6-9pm.  Cost $30.00.  Class is taught by Animal Communicator Karen D.
