Come and learn the basics of Meditation. Karen has over 40 years of experience with various
methods of meditation. Each person will receive a Sanskrit to work with, plus instruction on
utilizing mala beads. Various hand mudras will be demonstrated and the function explained. The
free lecture will consist of instruction, demonstration and experiential participation. Focus will be
on Pranayama, pratyahara, asana, dharana, dhyana, samadi, mantra, japa and mudra. Sign

PSYCHIC GALLERY: FREE! with Lorraine Lush, Medium. Friday, December 12th at 7:00pm.
This demonstration of psychic mediumship will start with an opening prayer and meditation. It's
designed to be an interactive event where participants may receive messages from God. The
Ascended Masters, Angels, Spirit Guides, and/or departed loved ones. Some may receive a
healing or a past/future life reading. You may even get the opportunity to help a grounded spirit

$35.00. In this 2 hour class, Lorraine will teach you the basics about becoming a medical

"Journey, the shaman enters non-ordinary reality in an altered state of consciousness and is able
